Katy Perry in Space

American spaces company blue origin had a glorious mission sending an all-female crew into space, including the famous singer Katy Perry. It was an event in itself, a historic event in space travel, and a tick against the accomplishments of women and their achievements. There was an operation called the "Aircraft Crew", standing straight and pretty much defying the limits of spacecraft.

Blue Origin which is from Jeff Bezos's slew of rocket-making technology made its presence felt in the world with the "New Shepard". The rocket is meant for satellites and space tourism. The company boasts of a six-passenger capability rocket that is fully autonomous. Katy Perry was joined by five other women who belong to different backgrounds, working all across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Thus, the mission was especially aimed at sending a message that women ought to be motivated for better education and emancipation. The experience was, in fact, quite unique for Katy as she has always strived to motivate and encourage her fans and young girls. At this special moment, she would also comment, "I would like young girls to know that whether it be space travel or any other ambit of life, it's possible that dreams do come true."

It was a day of high excitement. All the women pilots spent days of training and preparation before launching. It was lively as Katy and the other women shared the experience with each other when the rocket began to ascend. They shared their experiences and inspirations with others during the mid-flight travels that helped them dream of going to space.

This has opened new avenues for women in science and technology. No longer is travel to space meant solely for women as peripherals; they have become front-line workers in the arena. NASA, ESA, and other international space agencies have started appointing women to important roles.

This experience of Katy Perry becomes an inspiring deed not just for her but also for all the women around the world. This mission also kept buzzing on different social media; most comments celebrated what women achieved, impressed by their strength. It was not an expedition to space, but it was indeed a message coming forth to all women saying, "you can overcome it all".

The mission was also praised. All great women astronauts returned to planet earth and shared how their space journey felt. Thus, just opened a new initiative by Blue Origin which will garner many more women into the future to become astronauts.

Thus, Blue Origin proved that space travel is not meant for men, but is open for everyone. One more feather in the cape towards marking women as iconic innovators and the very keepers of courage in the infinite sky of space.
