Chhattisgarh weather: State witnesses weather change, thunderstorm and hailstorm warning in these districts
Weather changes are getting prevalent
in the adjoining areas of Chhattisgarh, and the Meteorological Department has issued a warning for rainfall and hailstorms in many areas of the state. Among other things, the triggering mechanism of the onset of weather changes is attributed to the western disturbance, which is in turn affecting the weather of Chhattisgarh.
Affected Location:
The Meteorological Department is saying this weather change could affect Surguja, Bilaspur, Raipur, Durg, and Bastar divisions with some districts. Residents of these areas are thus advised to remain on guard and take precautionary measures. Farmers particularly have been advised to take preventive measures against damage to their agricultural crops because of hailstorm activity.
Weather Change Reason:
Meteorologists are saying that a western disturbance is becoming active over northern India. The disturbance induces moist winds to come into central India. Therefore, the entire state is under dark clouds with thunder and hailstorm activities expected along with rain.
